movie and production products are produced for different reasons some might be made to entertain,educate.These reasons must be taken into account when producing a movie and if they do not the film will possible draw in small audiences, and create reduced revenue and little profit. The purpose of producing the film will be to create returns on the investments but also entertain audiences. The reasons i mentioned before are merely subjective but in a huge bussiness such as Warner Bros, they need to take the consequences into account and produce the films which appeal to the widest market.this will produce more revenue and intern profit
Warner bros being the largest company in this market in the world have the possibility to create a variety of media products, their biggest profit making product would blockbuster films and TV. Both industries parent and child use similar logo's so as to keep the brand consistent throughout the business, and when you see the familiar branding, you instantly know its warner bros and you are assured whatever product it is its going to be high quality.
DC Comics
DC Comics is a large part of Warner Bros creating comic books and movies together with Warner Bros. such as Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash and Superman, which are now becoming famous superheroes because of the popularity of superhero movies. It is now because of BatmanVSuperman one of warner brothers largest source of income and most watched film to date.
Much like many other movie companies Warner Brothers following the trend of disney have now built a theme park based around there products this park includes roller coster rides and other attractions these attractions are based of the movies they have created such as the 4d matrix ride this theme park is located in Australia.

But a nasty piece of news hits the human resistance: 250,000 machine sentinels are digging to the resistance HQ and would reach them in 3 days.

The hobbit is another one of warner bros most successful movie franchises this movie links with the lord of rings being a prequel to the best selling trilogy. this movie is an example of warner bros family and adventure movies in this movie a Hobbit is asked by Gandalf the Grey to host a party for the Dwarves, which doubles as Bilbo's recruitment to the gang they go on a mission to fight the drug which stole the dwarves home on there travel they meet Radagast the Brown who warns them of a dark presence that is poisoning the forest. The group is then chased by Orcs they then come across Rivendell the elvish kingdom Elrond who is the king of the elves helps the group by showing them away into the mountain.the gang head back on there way to the Misty Mountains. When going through the mountains they get caught in a battle between some stone giants, and are forced to take find shelter in a cave. which they find out is infested by Goblins who kidnap them and takes them to there leader. Gandalf arrives and saves the Dwarves Bilbo gets separated from the group and runs into Gollum, who accidentally drops a ring while eating a Goblin bilbo fins the ring and takes it

Warner bros aslo owns a records company which has the likes of LUKAS GRAHAM (seen above) and the red hot chilli peppers on there books this is one of the best examples of warner bros biggest product differentiation as they have branched off into a completely new market which they know very little about they did thus by hiring a group of senior employees who have worked in this business for a long time this allowed them to very quickly gather information on this market place. this branching off now allows warner bros to advertise there movies on there radio and records and vice versa on tv and movies this has created a cheap advertising stream for them to use.This will save them money in the long run by reducing costs and there fore increasing profits.
